The downstairs unit is also very well equipped with access to an enclosed outdoor area and the large rear yard.
The single garage has been converted for use as a rumpus or to keep all the recreational gear. Between the two areas the property includes two microwaves, 2 single drawer dishwashers, two TV's, two video players, two stereo/CD players; reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, clothes dryer for upstairs, gas barbecue in grounds, local call access and off street parking. A two night minimum applies and the option is also available in low season to stay just upstairs.
